NaNoWriMo is here again. Every year, writers (bestsellers and amateurs alike) participate in this writing marathon virtually, through out the month of November. The aim is to write 50,000 words before the end of the month.
In their words:
#NaNoWriMo is a month-long creative adventure that takes you deep into your imagination every November.
#NaNoWriMo is your chance to finally write the first draft of that novel you’ve always meant to write.
#NaNoWriMo is waiting for you.
Once again, as I have been doing for more than a decade, I am trying to keep up with the #NaNoWriMo activities. There is a lot of merch to buy and win, and lots of group activities, according to region and genre and more.
This year, I got an angel’s blessing on my Writing.com account, in the form of a paid subscription for three months. I call it an angel’s blessing because it was anonymous, and it came at just the right moment.
So I will be uploading my #NaNoWriMo story to my account, for everyone to read. I hope I meet my target this time!
